What this site is
Information about what we build and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contractual commitment. What is included in a project, what it costs and when it is delivered are agreed in a written scope and quote, and only that document binds either of us.
The sample screens
Every interface shown on this site is a recreation, rebuilt with invented client names and sample data. The names used are fictional. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidence, and no client information appears anywhere on this site.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, code, diagrams and images on this site belong to Application Technology, except the Inter typeface, which is used under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract with a link back. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.
None of this affects project work: on a project the code and the intellectual property are yours, as set out on How we work.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us at info@apptechdev.co.za and we will fix it. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for a decision taken purely on the strength of a web page rather than a conversation.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.

These terms are governed by South African law, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
